Investiture Ceremony - 30th July

     Great leaders don’t set out to be a leader, they set out to make a difference. The much awaited investiture ceremony for the academic year 2022-23 was held at Vatican School on 30th July. The investiture ceremony is not just about flaunting prestigious titles rather its about conferring responsibilities to the newly elected school senate members. Their abilities are put to test  beginning from campaigning , going through this drill prepares them to understand their roles better and they appear well aware of their duties on the day of badging ceremony. Its never about the role it’s always about the goal. It is also said that the key to successful leadership is influence not authority.

       Leaders are expected to take charge of the school affairs and take it to the new heights with their leadership, decision-making skills, communication and teamwork. The ceremony started with the morning prayer and school song by the school choir. The students welcomed the cabinet members with great enthusiasm. All members of the Student Council expressed their commitment to work for their fellow students during the oath taking process  and their speech giving, expressing their intentions  to take the school to pinnacle of success in academics, sports and cultural fields.The Principal advised the newly elected Prefectorial Council that duty brings responsibility and advised them to remember the motto of hard work, zeal and dedication to fulfil all duties meticulously. The school chairman ,Managing director and Principal adorned the students’ uniform with the badges and addressed the students, motivating them to perform better.The ceremony made memories to one and all and motivated them to be great leaders of tomorrow.
